Cupertino Building and Remodeling Information
The City of Cupertino with over 50,000 residents, eagerly anticipates the new Apple headquarters campus. Like many Bay Area cities in the mid-nineteen-fifties, as Cupertino's stone fruit orchards developed into housing tracts to support new Silicon Valley jobs, the City incorportated in order to control growth.

Green Building in Cupertino
In 2010, the City of Cupertino initiated exploration into a green building ordinance. The Wm. H. Fry Construction Company participated in some of their workshops.The Cupertino green building ordinance is likely to be approved in 2012.
Oak Valley Cupertino
