This green home renovation exceeded the City of Palo Alto Home Remodeling Green Building Checklist. Reclaim of Menlo Park, was our interior design partner on this eco home remodeling project. Renewable, sustainable, energy saving, indoor air quality, and other environmental building decisions were made at every step from green architecture, to green materials, to sustainable green building practices, to green cleaning supplies. This green home remodeling project includes: solar panels, radiant floor heating, renewable bamboo flooring, sustainable cotton insulation, energy efficient light bulbs, energy efficient windows, recycled tile, energy star appliances, non-VOC paint, and eco friendly furniture. Green builder Bill Fry designed the traditional interior trim.
