showrooms to creating detailed schematics for fabrication by local cabinet shops, to providing our in-house artisanal

Home Office Remodel
More and more homeowners are doing a portion or all of their business at home. A well-designed office can provide a harmonious clutter-free working environment for the whole family. Our home offices typically offer specialized cabinetry for storage of equipment, manuals, binders, files, and DVDs to name a few. We also provide plenty of electrical outlets and phone jacks.
Fine Cabinetry
We offer numerous cabinetry options. We work with several cabinet shops who build casework to our exacting specifications. We also have our own cabinet shop (located in our storage facility in San Jose where we keep the big tools and our dump truck – the movable dumpster). Our own shop offers even greater flexibility in creating custom designs and veneers.

Eichler Remodeling
Eichler and California mid-century homes present special challenges when it comes to home remodeling, renovation, and building additions. Some cities have special zoning ordinances for Eichler homes. The open structure of the Eichler home is also challenging when it comes to where to put heating, plumbing, and electrical. The Wm. H. Fry Construction company installs radiant heat in about half of all their home remodeling projects and usually recommends replacement of the hydronic heating system when undergoing a major Eichler renovation project. In addition many new products are available which enhance the mid-century aesthetic.

Fine Finish Carpentry
Fine finish details add elegance and personality to your home. These details also help define the architectural space, which is particularly helpful for open floor plans. Our trained finish carpenters can install crown moulding, chair rail, baseboard, door and window casing to enhance your home.

Outdoor Living Areas
Nearly every issue of Sunset Magazine has outdoor living ideas. We build great decks, trellises, and pavilions to create outdoor living areas. We have built several outdoor fireplaces for warmth and architectural interest in the outdoor setting. We had to include a photo of Bill and his son in their tree fort because it is so cute!
